1. ECRL Hits 94% Progress, Mobile Exhibition Truck Tours Pahang Ahead of Operations
MRL confirmed the ECRL has reached 94% construction progress and entered testing ahead of January 2027 operations. Its “Mobile Exhibition Truck” began touring Pahang on 3 June, stopping at Bentong, Felda Mempaga, UMPSA Pekan, and East Coast Mall Kuantan.

In a clear signal of growing developer confidence in Kuantan, Bursa-listed Propel Global Bhd announced on 22 June its maiden foray into property development with “Riverpoint” — a commercial project comprising 31 units of three-storey freehold shoplots along Jalan Tanah Putih, next to the landmark “Welcome to Kuantan” arch, with an estimated gross development value of RM64 million.
